Men of Sherwood Park!

You are invited to join us for our upcoming Men’s Serve Event — a Saturday morning of community and hands-on work together at our new McDougall site in Edmonton on November 22nd from 8:30am-1pm. We’ll be tackling a number of repairs and demolition projects at that McDougall location — a great opportunity to participate in the support of God's new work at Central, and even more, across our city.

This will be a great morning to serve side-by-side and connect with other men from our site, and to make a real impact on the continued renewal of this great facility which we believe God has directed our church to use for sharing the gospel in new ways.

Here is a list of the projects we hope to tackle at McDougall:

• Lighting Fixtures: Removing existing fluorescent lighting fixtures and replacing with new LED fixtures.
  Note: we will have electricians on hand this day leading this project.

• Demolition: Removing shelving, whiteboards, ceiling tiles, drywall, cabinetry, loose plaster.

• Painting: Crack repair and painting.

• Window Maintenance: Tighten and straighten window hardware. Get all windows opening and closing properly.

• Drywall Repair: Replace damaged studs and install drywall. Note: please bring your own drill.

• Drywall Taping & Mudding: Tape and mud new drywall after installation. Note: please bring your own mud & trowel.

• I'll Help Anywhere!

Please bring your own tools and safety gear as able.

Note: The McDougall parking lot will be free that morning (our parking lot is the paid lot that follows the building. There is another paid lot to the north past a small fence. You will need to pay for parking if you park in that lot.)
