PRAYER WEEK 2026 (Detailed schedule below)
Each January, we dedicate a week to intentionally clearing our schedules—both as a church and in our households—to focus on prayer. Through nightly gatherings, we come together to share our hearts with Jesus and listen for what He wants to say to us. As we head into a brand new year, there are two simple questions we want to ask:
Jesus, what do you want to say to me?
Jesus, what do you want to say for our church?
We invite you to join in three meaningful ways:
Experiment with new rhythms: Explore spiritual practices to make new room for God’s presence and power as you step into the new year.
Clear your calendar for Prayer Week: Plan to fully engage in nightly gatherings and prayer events (January 12-16) with our church community.
Share what you’re hearing: Listen for what Jesus is speaking to you and to our church, and share these insights with our leadership throughout the month.
Hearing something from God for our church or have a story to share? Share it here!
What to Expect This Year
This year, we’re keeping Prayer Week simple and united. As our church continues to grow into more locations, this is a unique opportunity in 2026 for all of Central—every site, every age—to gather in one place to seek Jesus together. Same times, shared spaces, and a clear focus on listening for his voice.
Monday–Thursday | 6:30–8:00pm | Connors Hill. Each night includes worship, a brief word to help us grow in prayer, and time to pray together in the sanctuary. All ages are welcome and encouraged to come.
Friday | 7:00–9:00pm | McDougall. We’ll close Prayer Week with a Worship Night at McDougall, lifting our eyes together and ending the week in praise.
Wednesday | 5:30pm | Pre-Pizza. To make it easier to come straight from work or school, we’re hosting a pre-pizza gathering at 5:30pm before the 6:30 prayer night. This is a chance to connect in community before worship begins. RSVP required for pre-pizza and there is a suggested donation.
Wednesday | Kids & Youth Programs. After worshipping together, kids (Grades 1–6) and youth (Grades 7–12) will break out for age-specific equipping and prayer. RSVP required for the kids program so we can plan well.
