What stands out to you from this passage? How does this passage most challenge or encourage you?
What emotional responses do the disciples experience in these verses? What causes each of these emotions?
Consider Jesus’ greeting to His disciples and read Romans 5:1. How does one receive the peace that Jesus offers? What is this peace like?
In what ways do you see the need for this peace in our world today? Where do people typically search for peace? How does the peace promised in Scripture compare to what the world offers?
How has the presence of Jesus helped you during times of suffering? In what ways have you experienced His peace, joy, or comfort in difficult seasons?
Who in your life needs to hear about what Jesus’ resurrection has done for you? How might you share that with them?
