TEACHING RECAP
Summary: What do you do when it feels like there just isn’t enough—enough money, enough energy, enough margin, enough certainty? Exodus 16 shows how easily need can turn into anxiety, striving, and trying to take control. But in the wilderness, God begins teaching his people a different way to live—one day at a time, learning to trust him.
Main Points:
We are needy, but God faithfully provides.
When we handle provision our own way, it doesn’t work.
Our deepest needs can only be satisfied by Jesus.
On-Ramps:
Bring your needs to God each day in prayer.
Choose contentment instead of hoarding or striving.
Practice Sabbath each week as an act of trusting God. (3 months)
Look to Jesus to satisfy your deepest hunger.
